The design of our current sales product in Costa Esuri was a copy of the Orlando styles houses. The bulk of the units are three bedrooms to enable flexible rentals. There is a lock on the third room so that the house can be rented with two rooms or three.

Demand is very high from the Spanish from Seville and Cordoba who send their
families down for the whole summer while the father works during the week and
travels down at the weekend and the join for three weeks in August.
Ayamonte and its restaurants are open all year round and
provide demand at special holiday times such as the Carnival, Easter
processions, etc. In the area there is a rich menu to chose special trips to
Seville, El Rocio, racing circuits in Portugal, trips on the river inland, etc.
During Spring months there is demand from golfers who come
down to use the many courses locally in Portugal and Spain giving an occupancy
of 50% to 80% in quieter months.
